We provide 24 hours-7 days a week key holding service to both commercial and residential properties. We are on duty 24 hours a day to deal with any emergency that requires access to your property.

• For an annual subscription we take over the responsibility of responding to an alarm activation at your premises
• Our control office is responsible for the despatch of our keyholder and first response teams:
• In the event of an alarm, our guard is dispatched to site. We normally expect to achieve alarm response well within the standards laid down by the police.
• You will be contacted in accordance with your pre-agreed instructions. At all times our guard remains in contact with our control office and a report is prepared prior to site departure.
• If any locks or windows have been damaged, we will arrange for an approved locksmith or glazier to carry out any essential repairs.
